When is a contractor one too many?
A recent decision by a Full Court of the Federal Court of Australia (Court) examined the concept of "genuine redundancy" in the context of redeploying workers to contractor roles.

The fourth edition of the Life Sciences Law Review provides an overview of legal issues of interest to pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies in 30 jurisdictions.
